invite us for a homestay
We are very keen to experience your lifestyle
This may not be the idea of a interesting overseas holiday trip for everyone, but its definitely a excellent proposition that I would go for.. much so for my son Aizer too, for he is a special needs kid who needs to learn to open up to new faces and new environments. Its now my full time job to bring him around interacting with people and exploring new places outside his regular routine.
We have done so a few times before, choosing to be easy going with our traveling plans, and fortunate to have chance to experience staying in a government buit apartment block with a local community in central Tokyo, a very modern cozy farm house at outskirt of Tokyo, a mud house at a remote village in central India, and traditional long wooden kampong houses in Bali Indonesia, and a friend's hostel in Taiwan, which are all memorable adventures for us
Staying in other people's houses at different part of the world can be very fascinating, for its a unique chance to connect genuine people and get to know new friends, learn about their way of a lifestyle, breaking down cultural barriers and experience all the different flavors and traditions in the most authentic ways possible
This close contact with kindness allow us to learn and explore new ways of living, many a times changing our way of thinking and reflect upon our lives on how we can constantly improve ourselves and find that doze of inspiration to make things even better
We are ready to be more spontaneous with our lives and we eagerly look forward to more homestays. Afterall, I have promised Aizer that we will do at least 100 homestays before he turn 18
Hoping to know there will be more life-changing adventures awaiting the two of us
Looking forward to see where life will takes us to..
